I started The Balloon Hub because I got tired of seeing talented balloon artists (myself included) doing incredible work and barely paying themselves for it.
When I first started decorating with balloons, it was just for fun—a creative outlet that slowly took over my weekends, my garage, my bedroom, my brain…you get the picture. But as my designs got bigger, my paychecks didn’t. No one was really talking about the money side of things. At least not enough, and definitely not clearly enough.
I made all the classic mistakes: undercharging, second-guessing every quote I sent, offering discounts for… basically no reason. Somewhere along the way, I decided to stop winging it and start figuring it out. And as I learned, I started sharing what actually worked—first with a few friends, then with an entire community of balloon artists and party creators who were figuring it out too.
Now, The Balloon Hub has grown into part creative lab, part business hub, and part honest conversation. You’ll find pricing tools, party planning ideas, and the kind of transparency I wish I had from the start.
